Project-based delivery

We run a structured lifecycle: survey/discovery, solution design, implementation/integration, and testing/validation against clear acceptance criteria. Handover includes full documentation, training as needed, and a defined support plan (or transition to Managed Ops).

Managed / co-managed application

Choose full managed or co-managed operations. AITC handles 24/7 monitoring, incident and request handling, change management, security patching, AI model/content updates, backups and disaster recovery, plus capacity tuning. We provide SLA reporting on availability, response, and resolution, integrate with your service desk, and keep improving your environment without sacrificing your control.

Software / AI as a Service

Subscribe, and we run it for you. AITC handles hosting, monitoring, incident/request handling, and continuous updates (security patches, features, model/content) under defined SLAs—with right-sized coverage and transparent reporting.
